Company Overview:

ZobeLab, Inc. originates from Zobe Entertainment, Inc. which is a conglomerate consisting of various divisions of the company including but not limited to Zobe Records, Zobe Models & Talents Agency, Zobe Magazine, Zobe TV Network, Zobe Fashions, Zobe Shoes, and Zobe Promotions building the Zobe brand which also included ZobeLab as the newest Division in Technology. Each division of the company works hand in hand with other divisions to support mission efforts. Zobe is based in the Washington DC area and has been in business for over 20 years with experience in the industry. However now, ZobeLab, Inc. was created as a stand-alone company apart from Zobe Entertainment, Inc. as a new step into the realm of music technology software application development. Zobe Entertainment, Inc. is an S-Corporation based in Maryland, right outside the Washington DC metro area, located within the United States. ZobeLab, Inc. was created as a Delaware C-Corporation, located within the United States.

ZobeLab™ (Patent Pending) is a one-stop-shop for the music, entertainment, and media industry. ZobeLabe is providing the world with a means to make navigation of the industry easier. The major labels are no longer giving artist development deals like they used to. It is now a digital age in which tools can be placed at your fingertips to enhance your career. The independent community is just starting to make significant progress within the industry. We are in a time where the major labels are restructuring for their benefit and industry professionals are realizing that they only have their own best interests in mind, so the independent community
must prepare to support each other. ZobeLab is here to help.

The Problem:

Many entertainers do not know where or how to start and many fail due to wanting to be in the music industry without knowing how to handle music business. The vast majority of music artists and indie labels don’t make any money or know how to. There is an uneven playing field creating challenges for the artists to reach a bigger audience created by mega, well capitalized music and entertainment conglomerates that dictate the market. Breaking an  artist  into a major recorded music market can cost an artist or label between $500,000 and $2 million which few
artists and indie labels have the capital.

Our Founder/CEO has extensive leadership experience of 20+ years in the entertainment and music industry with leadership experience as a business owner of a record label, music publishing company, and talent agency with a focus on marketing, promotions, management, media, and talent development. A veteran music executive, entrepreneur, and was inducted as a member of The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), the Music Managers Forum (MMF-US), NARIP (National Association of Record Industry Professionals), honored and recognized by Marquis Who’s Who for Expertise in Entertainment, and has participated multiple times as a GRAMMY U Mentor. Having built the conglomerate Zobe Entertainment, Inc. consisting of Zobe Fashions, Zobe Shoes, Zobe Photography, Zobe Magazine, and Zobe TV Network (channel on RokuTV & FireTV platforms).

​Our CMO has extensive leadership experience of 20+ years in web and mobile marketing expertise: Analytics, Testing, Product Reviews, Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization, Site Search, Display, Social Media, Mobile/Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Software Marketing, Brand Building, User Experience, and Information Architecture  while also being skilled in Wire-framing, Focus Groups, Usability Studies, Multi-variant testing, Web Analytics, with the proven record of driving significant gains in Return on Investment, Average Order Value, Revenue per Visit, New Customer Acquisition and Conversion Rate and having a BBA in Finance, General from Hofstra University.

Our CFO/COO has leadership experience of more than 20 years as a financial and operations executive leading strategic and tactical finance and operations within global organizations, including executing cross-border and domestic M&A, integrating operations, executing IPOs investor exits and public and private debt financings and
delivering growth in revenue, profits and shareholder value. Focused delivering transparency and open communication to build world class teams to deliver hyper-growth and the infrastructure to support it which delivered best-in-class cash returns for investors, including WCAS, TPG, and Summit Partners.

Our VP of Alliances is very accomplished with a distinguished track record of high-agency brand strategy and social innovation. He is an executive with 15+ years of experience building public narratives, cultural platforms, partnerships, and mission-driven growth across entertainment, media, healthcare, nonprofit, and digital products. Bringing the rare blend of creative direction, cultural intelligence, social impact fluency, executive communications, and measurable growth execution. He has worked in media and PR capacities shaping high-visibility storytelling for brands, leaders, events, and cultural institutions. Previously he led a global media acquisition and partnerships negotiating 150+ content and distribution partnerships while helping scale values-driven media narratives to broad audiences. Having quotes in the New York Times and experienced across media appearances, executive storytelling, public platforms, philanthropy, and community leadership. Educated with an AACSB-accredited MHA with marketing emphasis, NYU Tisch Business & Entertainment training, and doctoral leadership formation - bringing strategic rigor, cultural taste, and human-centered insight to brand building.

 

Our CTO (Chief Technology Officer) has extensive leadership experience where he lead global technology strategy, system architecture, and AI integration. With more than 25 years of experience building scalable platforms, he has successfully guided engineering organizations through explosive growth, infrastructure modernizations, and major technical acquisitions. A specialist in generative AI and Agentic Operating Models, he excels at transforming complex data architectures into streamlined, high-throughput systems. Previously, he served as VP of Engineering at Ingenio and CTO at Redica Systems. He holds an M.S. in Engineering from the University of California, Davis, specializing in Computational Science.

Our HOT (Head Of Technology) has extensive leadership experience of 15+ years as a senior level global technology leader with diverse experience having a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record across diverse industries specializing in delivering innovative, cost-effective custom tailored solutions. His full stack experience spans the full development lifecycle, from strategic planning to deployment, with a focus on agile methodologies, modern software architecture, and cloud technologies. He excels at leading cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions - whether its streamlining workflows, modernizing legacy systems, or launching new digital products having a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Systems from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) College of Information Systems & Web Application Development.

 

Our previous technology development team located off-shore is responsible for the development and execution of our technology strategy in alignment with our business objectives that allowed us to get our product to market. The 10+ team oversaw the design, development, and deployment of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Their goal was to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our technology stack and development processes. Their team is led by their CTO whom manages and mentors the team of talented engineers and designers assigned to our company. The development team met regularly with our technology project lead and executive staff here at ZobeLab to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology seamlessly into our product offerings. The technology team developed our prototype demo of our full platform and the development of our MVP (Zobe Academy) as we continue moving forward with the planning and development of our platform to move towards our fully developed version of ZobeLab as we implement each section of the platform by building our in-house technology development team that will take over moving forward.

Our Advisor has extensive leadership experience of 30+ years in global sales management, strategy, transformation, operations, and enablement with a BA in Communications/Journalism from Bridgewater State University, MBA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and attended Harvard Business School also being an Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business Review.
